Yes, we are delighted to provide complimentary shipping for all orders to addresses within the 48 continental United States, including complete bicycles. Shipping to destinations outside the 48 continental United States is determined by package weight and size.

Minor assembly is required for Yoto E-bikes, including the handlebars, front wheel and pedals. upon arrival, We recommend watching our helpful assembly/ YouTube videos before beginning the assembly process.

Electric bikes are governed by the same legal rules as conventional bicycles, allowing you to ride them in any area where you would typically cycle a standard bike.

Yoto e-bikes are categorized as Class 3 vehicles, thus they do not require a license for operation.

For standard orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your shipment to reach your address.

The process of recharging an electric bike battery from a completely drained state usually spans between 6 to 8 hours. Occasionally, this might extend further to give the battery management system adequate time to balance the battery, especially when the bike is new or has been stored for extended periods.

The lithium batteries used in Yoto e-bikes are rated for 1,000 charge cycles. This translates to an expected lifespan of 20K to 25K miles, assuming each charge provides 20-25 miles of range.

For instance, if your annual riding distance is around 2,000 miles, the battery should serve you well for approximately 10 to 12 years.

Your electric bike is equipped with a torque sensor within its drive-train which gauges the force you apply while pedaling. The motor's power output is then fine-tuned accordingly, ensuring it supplements rather than overtakes your effort, offering a balanced power boost that mirrors your riding style.

 Additionally, you have the flexibility to adjust the extent of the motor's assistance. Using the controls located on the left side of the handlebars, you can select from seven different levels of assistance. This allows you to opt for more support when climbing a trail, and then reduce it to conserve battery life and enjoy the ride on the descent.

Each Yotobike purchase is inclusive of several items to ensure you have everything you need to start your e-biking journey:

Yotobike provides a transferable warranty for the entire bike Including battery and supporting systems,valid for 24 months.

Yoto E-Bikes has a maximum weight capacity of400 lbs.

Yoto E-Bikes are equipped with oversized all-terrain tires designed for maintaining traction across challenging terrains, including steep inclines, shallow mud, sand, and snow.

While the bike can handle water exposure, it is crucial to avoid submerging the motor or any electronic components, particularly the battery, to prevent damage.

To charge your battery, you can either plug a 110-volt charger directly into your bike, or you can detach the battery to charge it separately, whether at home or while camping.

The charging process is complete when the red light on the charger turns green, indicating the battery has reached a 100% charge.

The distance a battery can cover varies based on several factors such as the battery’s capacity, the weight of the rider, additional gear carried, ambient temperature, and the terrain type.

Generally, Yoto electric bikes can achieve a maximum range of 60 to 85 miles when ridden in eco-pedal assist mode.

Every Yotobike is equipped with one high-quality battery. You have the option to buy extra batteries if you wish to extend the bike's range. Furthermore, we offer advanced battery upgrades for those seeking enhanced performance.

For periods of non-use (over 3 months), charge your Yotobike battery fully and then reduce the charge to 50-70% before storage.

With every Yotobike electric mountain bike purchase, you receive one premium battery. Should you wish to extend your riding range, you have the option to buy additional batteries.

Recharging a Yotobike's battery typically takes 6-8 hours using the Yoto standard charger.

Both our Yoto Leopard and Yoto Lion models adhere to Class 3 specifications in the US, with their speeds electronically limited to28mph. This ensures a perfect balance of speed and safety in compliance with regulations.
