To Which Addresses Do You Ship?
We ship to addresses within the 48 continental U.S. states.
Please note that due to shipping carrier regulations concerning high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we are unable to ship e-bikes or e-bike components, such as batteries, displays, and controllers, outside of the 48 continental United States.
Do You Offer Free Delivery?
Yes, we are delighted to provide complimentary shipping for all orders to addresses within the 48 continental United States, including complete bicycles. Shipping to destinations outside the 48 continental United States is determined by package weight and size.
What Should I Do if I Need to Modify my Shipping Address?
In case you need to update your shipping address and haven't received shipping confirmation or tracking details yet, kindly send an email to (support@yotobike.com). We will make every effort to adjust your order details accordingly. We strive to respond within a maximum of 72 hours.
Will My Yoto E-bike be Delivered Fully Assembled?
Minor assembly is required for Yoto E-bikes, including the handlebars, front wheel and pedals. upon arrival, We recommend watching our helpful assembly/ YouTube videos before beginning the assembly process.

Which Payment Options are Available for Purchases?
For your convenience, we accept a range of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and PayPal. Please note that Pre-orders require payment in full at the time of the order.
When will my Credit Card be Charged?
Your card will be charged in full as soon as you place your order. This confirms your purchase and helps us ensure the earliest possible delivery while your bike is being readied for shipment.

What are the Allowed Locations for Riding an Electric Bike?
Electric bikes are governed by the same legal rules as conventional bicycles, allowing you to ride them in any area where you would typically cycle a standard bike.
Is a License Required to Ride a Yoto E-Bike?
Yoto e-bikes are categorized as Class 3 vehicles, thus they do not require a license for operation.
How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?
For standard orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your shipment to reach your address.
We regret that for any third-party shipping, we are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation. Please note that any delivery dates provided by Yotobike are estimates.
In the case of pre-orders, kindly refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
What is the Duration Required to Fully Recharge the Battery?
The process of recharging an electric bike battery from a completely drained state usually spans between 6 to 8 hours. Occasionally, this might extend further to give the battery management system adequate time to balance the battery, especially when the bike is new or has been stored for extended periods.
