Shipping Cost & Destinations

We offer free delivery across the US, covering all 48 states. Rest assured, no additional taxes are applied on purchases from our online store.
 

Shipping Time

Orders in stock typically dispatch the next business day, with a tracking number provided within 2-3 business days. Shipping confirmations are emailed upon dispatch. Our carriers include DHL, UPS, and FedEx, but please note it may take 2 days for your shippment to be scanned. For third-party shipping, we’re unable to offer further shipping details. Delivery dates are estimates. Pre-orders and returns follow the shipping date listed on the product page.

Replacement and Exchange

  • Successful exchanges incur a $20 handling fee.
  • If an exchange fails and the package is refused, a 10% fee of the bike's cost applies for reshipment.
  • Canceling without refusing the package incurs a 10% processing fee and a $150 return shipping fee.

Order Tracking

  • Orders can be tracked via your Yotobike account on the website using the order number.
  • For shipping queries, contact support@yotobike.com; responses are within 24 hours.
  • If the order status shows "delivered" but you haven't received the bike, contact us within 3 business days. After this period, please contact the logistics company directly.

 

Shipping Changes and Order Cancellation

Pre Shipping:

  • Cancellations within 2 hours of ordering incur no fee.
  • Wrong model orders, when re-ordered, also avoid fees after the second order is placed.
  • Canceling before shipping starts incurs an 8% fee of the bike's cost.


Post Shipping:

  • Orders already shipped can be refused upon delivery, with a 10% cancellation fee applied.
  • Customers are responsible for a $150 return shipping fee, with a return label provided by Yotobike.
