Do You Offer Free Delivery?
Yes, we are delighted to provide complimentary shipping for all orders to addresses within the 48 continental United States, including complete bicycles. Shipping to destinations outside the 48 continental United States is determined by package weight and size.
Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?
If order has not shipped, reach out to our team and they will help you with order cancellation.If the order has shipped out from Yotobike's warehouse, it will be treated as a return. You will need to contact Yotobike Customer Service at support@yotobike.com
How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?
For standard orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your shipment to reach your address.
We regret that for any third-party shipping, we are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation. Please note that any delivery dates provided by Yotobike are estimates.

Will My Yoto E-bike be Delivered Fully Assembled?
Minor assembly is required for Yoto E-bikes, including the handlebars, front wheel and pedals. upon arrival, We recommend watching our helpful assembly/ YouTube videos before beginning the assembly process.
What Steps Should I Take if my Package Arrives with Missing/Damaged Items?
While we sincerely hope this doesn't occur, if your package does arrive damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at (support@yotobike.com).

Does ebike come with a battery included when purchased?
Each of our ebike products includes a free battery. No need to worry about running out of battery.
Where are your products manufactured?
Yoto ebikes are manufactured in factories in Vietnam, Bangladesh, China and Poland. But we ship from two overseas warehouses in California and North Carolina, USA.
How do you repair damaged parts during the warranty period? Are there any physical repair shops abroad?
Unfortunately, we don't have a physical repair shop, if your bike has any parts missing/damaged we can send you new parts under warranty. otherwise, our online store has parts available.
